Join the Alternating Currents Creative Crew!

Alternating Currents is just around the corner (August 14–17), and we’re inviting you to be part of the experience in a new way. This year, we’re launching two exciting opportunities for creatives who want to be immersed in the magic and help us document the festival from the inside out:

Alternating Currents Street Team

If you’re someone who’s always hyping your favorite shows, snapping pics of murals, or posting Reels about your favorite finds — we want you on the Street Team! This crew of passionate locals and content creators will help us capture the vibe and spread the word throughout the weekend.

What You’ll Do:

• Attend at least 2 days of the festival (Aug 14–17)

• Share your experience on social media — ideally once per day

• Use #alternatingcurrentsqc and tag @alternatingcurrentsqc

• Highlight your favorite shows, art, and festival moments

• Spread good vibes, help people find their way, and be a friendly face

• Join our private group chat for check-ins and updates

What You’ll Get:

• All-access festival pass

• Free AC merch

• Access to meals and beverages in artist hospitality

• Opportunity to be featured on our social or website

• A behind-the-scenes look at how a major multi-city festival runs!

Alternating Currents Photography Collective

We’re also building a Photography Collective, a creative collaboration with a select group of photographers who want to showcase their skills while capturing the energy, diversity, and soul of Alternating Currents. Whether you’re into live music, street portraits, murals, or crowd moments, we’d love to see your perspective.

What You’ll Get:

• All-access festival pass

• Artist hospitality meals (Fri dinner, Sat lunch & dinner)

• Official AC Photography badge and online profile listing

• Social media tags when your images are shared

What We Ask:

• Share a few low-res, watermarked images for promotion (with credit)

• Tag us in your own posts

• Provide a gallery link after the fest so we can inquire about licensing

We respect the value of your work and are open to purchasing standout images post-festival. This is a great chance to build your portfolio, connect with other creatives and be part of something special.
